EXCHANGE POLICY

PRODUCT (S) CAN BE EXCHANGED FROM OUR REGULAR STORE

Please note: That the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.

Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected product at official.lushattire@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product.

Refund Policy:

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. In case if any customer wants refund then we will offer a “Coupon Code” of the amount customer have paid.

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel the order any time before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains tracking information. After a product is shipped, the Exchange Policy will apply. Lush Attire may cancel orders for reasons that include; an article being out of stock, pricing error or if the credit card payment is declined.
